Flu Vaccinations (Year 7 - 11)

The School Age Immunisation Team will be delivering Flu vaccinations in school on the 19th & 20th September 2024. Please click on the link below to read the information about the vaccine and then complete the Electronic consent form with a YES or NO.
 
If your child is absent on the day the School Age Immunisation Team we will be returning to school on 09 October 2024.
